The five teachers listed in the table below are regarded internationally as the leading Colourstrings practitioners in Australia.  Between them, they have made more than 30 visits to East Helsinki to observe and work closely with the Szilvay brothers over the past 32 years.  Each has developed successful musical careers locally and overseas as performers, educators and researchers quite separate from their work in developing Colourstrings.  They collaborate closely, and individually and collectively have mentored many newer teachers to the method over the years.  Yuri and Celia have even lived and worked in Finland.  In 2011 these five Australians were formally acknowledged for their contribution to Colourstrings teaching and teacher training when each was awarded an Honorary Colourstrings Teacher Training Certificate from the  Colourstrings International Association at a ceremony in Helsinki.  Contact one of these five for referral to a Colourstrings teacher in your region.
